An Afternoon of Yoga & New Connections.
We’re back for another round of movement, laughter, and meaningful connections! If you loved our last yoga workshop (or if you missed it!), this is your chance to experience an uplifting session filled with fun, friendship, and mindful movement.
This time, we’re adding even more playful yoga flows, thoughtful discussions and lighthearted moments designed to help you relax, connect, and build a deeper sense of friendship and community. Whether you’re a beginner or a yoga pro, this workshop is open to all levels. Bring your mat, an open heart, and a smile!
Let’s stretch together, laugh together, and leave with a stronger sense of connection!
Schedule:
1:30-2:00 – Introductions and Icebreakers
2:00-3:00 – Yoga class and mindfulness exercises
3:30- 4:00 – Closing circle and friendship questions
4:00 onwards: Optional coffee-shop visit after class to carry on your conversations
This class is by donation, so pick your price while booking. It is open to all levels of practitioners.
