1. Preliminary provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the Qalendar.cz service and individuals or organisations that purchase the service of publishing an advertisement for a cultural event via this website.

2. Scope of the Service
Qalendar.cz is an online platform that collects and presents information about queer cultural, community, and social events in the Czech Republic.
The paid service consists of publishing an event advertisement in the website’s programme based on the information provided by the customer.
Fee for publishing a single event:

3. Ordering Process
An order is placed via the online form available on the Qalendar.cz website. Once all required information is provided and the fee is paid, the event will be reviewed and published on the website. The Operator reserves the right to refuse publication of events that are contrary to the values of the project or the laws of the Czech Republic.
4. Payment
Payment is processed online through the Stripe payment gateway. Once the payment has been received, the customer will be issued a tax invoice.
5. Cancellation and Modifications
Once payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.
In case of incorrectly submitted information, the customer may request corrections by emailing info@qalendar.cz.
6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
In case of dissatisfaction or technical issues, please contact us at info@qalendar.cz. We will make every reasonable effort to remedy the situation.
Any potential disputes will be handled primarily through amicable settlement.
7. Privacy and Personal Data Protection
